hai semua nyaaa....
pernah nyobain HuiZe Trivelli??
namanya asing kn? ky bule2, belanda2 gitu....
naaahhhhh~~~
emang bener...!!!!!

menyediakan makanan jaman bahela (tentunya setelah masehi n ada berbentuk tahun berapaaa gt...)
semua makanan di masak ASLI dr keturunan HUIZE TRIVELLI...

lokasi atau tempat restorannya unik bgt lho...
waktu saya berkunjung ke restoran ini, tanya ama mas-mas nya yang kasih menu...
saia : "mas ini rumah nya asli y?"
mas":"iya mbak, ini kediaman asli"
saia : "yang masak siapa mas?"
mas" : " yang masak Ibu, beliau yang menyiapkan bumbu dan memasaknya semua"
--saia tercenggang...


jadi sebegitu banyak pesanan yang masak 1org, dibantuin c, cm yang racik cm 1 org n udah turun temurun..
rasanya KHAS bgt, beda ama masakan yang udah bercampur2 kebule2an..

selesai memesan makanan, mas nya bilang "kalau agak lama, harap maklum y, karena Ibu yang memasak langsung."
-jadi kayak nunggun mum masak di dapur gitu dh-- =p

makanannya enak2.. kalian harus coba~
viewnya bagus untuk foto2 bagi yang demen foto2, karena seisi rumah nya unik bgt....
selain itu, disini menyediakan tempat berbagai ukuran.. untuk orang2 banyak atau yang cuma mw b'2...

KULINER 3 : SOTO BIMANTARA

SOTO ke-2 yang akan di saya bicarakan adalah ...

"SOTO BIMANTARA"
letaknya ada di kompleks GReen Ville tahap dua...
lebih gampangnya deket BIMANTARA (TANGKAS) SPort Club..
Jakarta Barat

biasa sih saya dengan teman2 yang pernah ajak kesana selalu menyebutkan "SOTO GREEN VILLE"
hehehe...
khusus di Post ini, Soto yang dihidangkan hanya jenis SOTO MIE...


isinya bisa menggunakan mie, bihun, kol.. daging yang dimasak menggunakan daging sapi..
bagi yang tidak suka daging sapi, jgn perlu kuatir. walaupun nanti makannya tidak menggunakan sapi, anda masih bisa menikmati MIE nya.. hahaha... Kuahnya itu lho yang buat ... MANTAP =p
heheheh...
ditemani oleh gorengan seperti BAKWAN, RISOL, serta gorengan lainnya membuat soto ini lebih nikmat disantap.. sambal yang disediakan pun juga cukup pedas, jadi yang suka pedas paling cocok deh ke sini..

minumannya disediakan Aqua gelas.. namun jika ingin lebih nikmat lagi pesanlah ES JERUK atau ES JERUK kelapa yang tersedia disebelah kanan gerobak soto. atau kalau ada tukang liang teh ikut mangkal juga OKE..
hehehehehehehehe,,,,

tempatnya terbatas...
secara ini kan makan pinggiran. jadi seadanya saja...
kl sudah berniat untuk makan di sini, sebelum jam makan siang.. dapet tempat duduk..
soalnya soto ini udah terkenal enak dari jaman saya kecil..
harga nya sangat dapat di jangkaui...

tempat ini gak cuma sekedar menghidangkan makanan jenis soto aja, tp menyediakan banyak makanan lainnya.. emang sih menu utamanya soto.. soto betawi-ayam-sampai soto bandung...
pokoknya mak nyos degh =p

selain soto tempat ini juga menyediakan sop-sop andalannya yang sip.
ada sop iga, sop buntut, dll
laluuuu,,, ada ayam gorong, pepes (segala jenis pepes lhoo)

selain tempatnya nyaman, lokasi nya gampang di temukan. [.^0^.]
harganya juga PAS kok untuk anak2 kuliah'an.. gk memeras dompet sampe kering...
biasa kalo jam makan siang, soto serpong rameee bgt...
TAPI JANGAN KUATIRRR...
bangkunya masih banyak kok...
heheheheh

FROYYOOOOOOO
siapa sigh yang gk tw froyo "Frozen Yougurt"
di indonesia, khususnya kota besar seperti jakarta ini udah penuh sama froyo...
dimulai dari -sourSally, redmango, tutti fruity, heavenly blush, yougun fruz, youghberry, iceberry, twistberry, smitten, huaaaahhh~~~ mungkin masih banyak lagi yang beredar di pasaran.. ampe dagh gk tw ada dimana aja..

sebenarnya, dari semua yang beredar itu menyediakan froyo.. froyo adalah frozen yougurt yang dibuat dari essert beku dibuat dari, atau mengandung yoghurt atau produk susu lainnya. . Hal ini sedikit lebih pedas dari es krim, serta lebih rendah lemak (karena penggunaan susu bukan krim).
setiap counter tersebut diatas menyediakan banyak rasa. ada yang Plain/original, strawberry, green tea, kiwi, coffee, rasberry, blueberry, dam masih banyak lagi..

bagi pencinta dessert sejenis eskrim, wajib mencobanya..
karena, froyo beda dengan eskrim biasa. namun jangan sampai kebanyakkan froyo...
karena bisa bosan nantinya jarang membelinya lagi. hehe..



tips buat mencoba froyo yang enak adalah "mbak, ada tester nya gk?'
heheh kl kurang enak, jangan pesan yang anda coba..
yaaahhh, namanya juga dagang, siapapun yang di tanya "enak gk mbak?" akan dijawab "enak kok~!" dengan wajah meyakin kan.. hehehe...
